Rep Power: 0 Not sure, but if I'm not wrong, that's the front perch. He prolly cut it to be able to drop the car lower. The O ring that goes up or down to lift or drop the car hits the front perch, so some peeps usually cut it to be able to drop it as low as the Coil Over will go. And if I'm not wrong again, the ride quality doesn't change by doing so.

maybe next time you'll get something a bit better to drop it on. but its your car so...
ok...if i can try and figure out wtf that guy is saying is that he cut the front spring perch in order to put the coilover sleeve in more. that is what your told to do with sleeved coilovers. it says in the directions. i have skunk2 coilovers and it says in the directions to cut your spring perch. i didnt but i plan to.

i always laugh when i look at the people on bags and how HORRIBLE the rear negative camber is...haha... but anywho i love bags and eventually i think i may get them. By the way bhoy (creator of thread whatever your name was?) you should prolly look into a camber kit urself. rear cambers lookin a little bad. nice all around though folks.
