+++ USDM craze in Japan +++
Feeling a bit strange though
While we are going for the JDM look, the Japanese are going for the USDM style too. Just came across a website www.usdmjam.com (USDM enthusists in Japan website
Plenty of pictures)

i'm not really into the whole jdm/usdm thing, but some stuff I just like better and mod. I put amber sidemarkers on, but doesn't mean I'm changing everything else. There are some things I like about jdm and some from usdm. Side moldings look tacky too imo.

stuff from the US has ALWAYS been popular in Japan. You wan to know the most popular "enthusiasts" cars are in japan? The Z28 F Body and the Chevy Astrovan. They LOVE these cars. In fact any big american car/truck is uber pimp there. Panty peelers for sure.
Also about the civic luxary thing. The japanese ue english words for no reason other then it looks cool to them. Its like the phuckwads who put the japanese characters for "Honda" or whatever on their cars. Yes,it phonetically saays "ho-n-da" but has really means gibberish in japanese.
i really need to move back there.

^^ so true...like idiots here who put random japanses writing on thier car without knowing what it means is just the opposite there...also in places like china where they take old busses from korea they love putting korean words on them even tho they have no clue to what it says or means like some of them i have seen are backwards and even upsidedown...some idiots here in the US have put japanses words upside down...rofl sometimes i wish i had my camera when i see those kind of things
