looking for some opinions

i am trying to figure out what i want to mod my car with. i already have the CAI and cat back exhaust, i wanna put a header and high flow cat. i am more of a daily driver not a real racer. any ideas are greatly appreciated. im not looking to do any exterior mods, not really my style. i like to trick people with it by making it look stock but not run like one.

ok so you want to be a "sleeper" 1st off stop wasting your money with bolt-ons. start saving for a k20 swap or turbo thats your best bet. the d17a1 and a2 are econo motors which right now isnt a bad thing. if you wanna mod buy a short shift kit or adapter kit and thats about it. otherwise your wasting money.

Bolt-ons won't even give you enough hp to "zip" between traffic any better than the car does stock.

my 2 cents say 1st buy a neuspeed strut bar theres one for sale in the fs forum atleast once a week for under 85 shipped. 2nd do the grounding kit its under 20 bux if you piece it together with 4 awg from whereever you can get it cheapest and terminals from a hardware store. 3rd short shift adapter. 4th upgrade your rear sway bar. those will give you the best results and not leave you with the oh man i hope i can sale this on 7thgencivics fs forum feeling in 8 months when a corolla with 3 kids in the back seat passes you.

i know my car is slow but thanks for the 2 cents man. i was thinking about getting the short shifter kit. i am not a big fan of the long throw in the stock shifter.
