How much would you pay?

How much would you pay for a 2001 Honda Civic lx with 20000 miles, Salvage Title with a blown headgasket. IT has sf turbo kit, Greddy E-01, Greddy Emanage, Greddy Turbo Timer, It has pioneer touchscreen tv, Pioneer twelves, Wings West 11 piece body kit, Halo Projectors, Tyc Taillights, Motor Mount Inserts, Dc Strut bar, Dc Battery Tie down 18inch rims. Nice Sick Paintjob. Just let me know the most you would pay for it.

KBB on the car in "excellent" condition is $10,660. Add in a salvage title, blown head gasket, and the fact that it's modded... I'd pay $5K TOPS.

Because its a salvage title, there is no true KBB. Who knows if it was frame damage, fire damage or whatever. Usually, the owner would say its due to massive theft. Personally . . . if its a turbo with a blown head gasket, I wouldnt get it becuase obviously the owner didnt know what he was doing with the car. Add in the salvage, and you have large warning signs.

I wouldnt buy it.

Its when you make inserts for a copper wire and insert the copper wire then it seals the headgasket better but in this case it didn't work and its like if the head gasket is blown

there should be no reason for something like that, the headgasket should seal just fine that is if there is no warping of the cylinder head or the deak of the block. That is yet another reason why that car shouldnt be purchased. Sounds like there are numerous problems with the car.
