I'm a noob about lowering a car guys so can anyone explain to me what should I use if I want to lower my car just 1" because I don't want to get it too low due to weather here in Canada.
And what's the difference between coilovers and lowering springs? Just need some enlightenment here Thnx!

Basically coilovers, you can adjust ride heigth , lowering spring's you can not adjust. Coliovers come with spring's, strut\shock's allready assembled. Lowering spring's you have to buy spring's, strut\shock's and assemblem them you're self. Coilovers are the way to go but their more expensive the lowering spring's.

tein flex w/ edfc
3.5" drop all around
215/35/19 nitto neogen

i actually dropped it 1/2" more in front after all these pics.. i was tucking whole tire.. no rubbing even on turns at substantial speed (tein flex preload was high...overall suspension travel was around 2-3mm)
so 2-3mm Up/down from regular
drove like a dream

no problem, i'm thinking of going that rout also. i was thinking ab going with tein basic coilover msrp is $990.00. That comes with everthing just have to get a camber kit. If i'm reading the chart right max front lower is 2.6 rear lower 3.7.
