The 1st was a very inferior sf kit. Small turbo, internally gated, pos fuel setup. This one is externally gated, much bigger turbo, 440cc injectors and emanage. It's going to make good power.

Manifold wasn't bad, it's a tight fit but it works. IC pipes and dp were the problem, alot of fabbing but very clean. FMIC is about 18X6X2.5 roughly, dono, haven't measured but it's good sized.

im wanting to do the D16 IM as well, that picture helps with some of my questions. i assume your arent using a external FPR just using the rail like a stock D17 rail.
also, is that the D17 throttle body and sensors or D16, and if it is the D17, did it bolt right on?
thanks man

Nope, lots of things needed to be changed. If you don't know much about electrical engine wiring or sensors or fabrication, this isn't something to try. Not just anyone can bolt this thing on and go.

It's a 2.5 downpipe. I can call matt and ask him if he would want to replicate it.....
It would have to be custom to the turbo.....and manifold......I'll let him know that there's interest.

what I don't understand is, why if your manifold like that? Wouldn't the harmonic waves be thrown off with a waste gate being that high off the manifold?

No, I didn't take any pics up close but it came out very nice. It's stainless and the welds are very clean. I might get it jet coated as well as the manifold while I'm rebuilding the motor and powdercoating the pipes.

Thanks Chris, it'll be awesome once I get all of the bugs worked out, I may try this week. And just wait, jw, I already told you I'd come find you once I got tuned.
