They're from Japan.. maybe other places in Asia.. but a friend of mine brought it home from Japan cos he was stationed there.
Other people said they ordered it from HyperRev Magazines.

I'm sure you could get a couple of stainless brackets from home depot or something and bend them to make it... cant be too difficult, just have to drill a few extra holes in your bumper, but if ur willing to do that, then go for it!

i think you may still get a ticket if a cop cant see the plate, then they consider it non photogenic or some crap. your plat numbers and what not need to be visible. at least where i live anyway

Yea. I PM'ed a guy on here from Taiwan. He told me I could probably get online or something. But for sure you can only get them overseas. :-/
