killa... from a business perspective.. u should be able to get a type s or more with the proper lawyer...
and does your head hurt?? that'll be an extra 10k++
does she want to settle?? add in an extra 5k to settle it out of insurance...
go to the most expensive shop for quote.. add another 2k+ in mark up...
u have an easy case...
you were parked.. she hit u... she left the scene=====felony....=fat *** criminal charge on her...

but just 5300? **** that, insurance prob even trying to jack you cause the drunk woman is facing crminal charges, felony, you got hurt and that deals with health insurance as well, and car is really fugged. and you really think thats just 5300 easy? hell no. definately take it with the laywers or w.e u can do to get more than just 5k.
