Look What Happen Today To The Vic
I went to take my brother to school this morning so I double park by a truck cause there was'nt no parking and when I came back out look what I saw 
here are 2 pics I dont know why the other ones dont wanna load.

Rep Power: 321 you should ask someone if anyone saw the license plate of the truck or saw him pull out. it doesn't matter if you were double parked and blocking him. He's still liable for the dmg at least in the state of california. I'm not too sure about the state you live in or just claim as a hit and run.

Rep Power: 297 im guessing scratches, dents etc. "pull an insurance" as its referred to around here lol. careful...insurance fraud is kinda big...but then again nobody i know has been caught like this. medical or workers comp....maybe you'd get caught but probably not with this.
AR's are still accepted at any time with proof / no proof and anytime.
It'd be considered Property Damage, but nobody there to point fingers.
Pretty much in the long run, you file a AR (accident report), and go thru your wonderful insurance company.
Don't try and lie to the IC, cuz believe it or not, they fall back on alot of information that you would have given today or the day of the incident.

Rep Power: 380 man that sux, but as far a claiming that, i would say see if their is structure damage, if not... fix it yourself and dont claim it w/ insurance, otherwise you will be paying for it for atleast the next 5 years... my .02

Well heres the cost of the fender, $61.oo not too bad IMO get a shop to paint match it for another hundred, your cost = some time and $200

Rep Power: 314 Well I was double parked on a 2 way street. He had more than enough room to go around me and the other cars that were double parked. It was one of those trucks that carries new cars to the dealer. Not the huge ones.... a small one that carried 2 cars. I saw it turn the corner.... that's how I know.... I tried to go after it, but I couldn't catch it in time... mad traffic around there because it was about 7:40 am and near the school... so you know... plus the crossing guards are crossing the kids everywhere... I have a friend who's brother in law works in a body shop who did my boys car.... He knows what he's doing, so I am going to go with him about the Insurance thing. He's done it a lot..... but in time distance from each other.... I think things will work out well..... I don't know what to tell the insurance yet... but the guy will tell me as a favor to my friend. Anyway, thanks for all the comments guys. Any of you who has done the Insurance thing can tell me what you did to get the money and what you told the Insurance? Thanks a lot again.
well at least you only have to replace fender, hood is repariable if your paying it yourself, otherwise if its insurance replace both its a quick job so ur lucky i guess.

and dont get genuine honda parts if ur lookin to save money, generally aftermarket OEM is close to a third of dealer price, and as for paint match dealerships use same system that the good body shops use, just bring your car and look at the color samples with them so they can decide which shade of your green is perfect.
