Rep Power: 278 Hey HondaLuver, I got 2 questions for you since you live in LA as well.
When can I see your car? And how do you plan to smog it later? I'd do this in a heartbeat if I can keep the state off my back. That is awesome!

Rep Power: 0 what engine wire harness did you use for the motor, type s or crv? when you talked about your custom motor mount, did you mean altering one of the hasport mounts or totally creating a new one in the machine shop? which subframe did you use, rsx or si and which shifting cables did you use, type s or crv? what kind of custom things did you have to do (machine oil return line for oil/water pump cooler) and what small items did you need from honda?

Rep Power: 379 i used a type S harness, hence the type S head. i had the passanger hasport mount cut off and made it fit the k24. i used a type R rsx, but it doesn't matter what k series subframe as long as its a manual. i used type S box and cables. the small stuff is to tedious to explain

Rep Power: 0 what kind of oil cooler did you use...brian gilespie at hasport used the type s water coolant pump as oil cooler and machined the k24 to fit the hose fitting, did you do the same, are you running an aftermarket oil cooler, or no oil cooler at all? basically i just want to know if i i need to do any machining with the bottom block or if its all just assembling parts together?

Rep Power: 379 its a stock k24 oil filter off the k24... it works fine.. my car does not over heat
ive spent too much, to get this, i would just next time buy a k20a2 full swap and later buy a k24 block(a crv)
im basically making the same amount of hp that a tsx is getting

Rep Power: 0 so, would i be better of getting a TSX engine??
also with the type s head, you got you k-pro programed for it of for a k24?
did you have to program a limiter so you would not over rev the k24??
