ok step one. i didnt have my camera while I was doing the wood work.

so heres the 3 i snapped after the clothe had been layed and i applied my first layer of resin.

thoughts?
the subs will sit with the cone out.

well i dont have my subs or mono amp yet lol

the flat part is for my smaller front speker amp.

the edge u can kinda see threw the fabric above thgat is the mounting board for a soon to be second plate that will be the location o f the mono amp. as soon as i pic the one i want and have the size require

and whats that? yes im good with bondo. for the most part.

im smothing it out with my layers. its going in the trunk...
hmm wait. no.. on the hood

ive never used fiberglass before. so I am working on this. want to make a custom centre console some day so i had to start somewhere.

As far as finding resin in bulk - check the phone book for a marine (boat) shop. You can usually find gallon sizes for around 16-18 bucks rather than spending 7-10 for a quart at Wal-Mart.
