whats 143mph in klm's? in klm's my vic shuts off at 180klms.....but our freeway has a huge hill on it and if you hit the clutch when you hit 180 you can get to about 225klm's before slamming on your brakes and warping your OEM rotors....lol......not that I would ever do that....hehe

thought your niddle got stuck or something....

i have done 120 at 5000 rpm....or lit over...i dont belive it...
even u post pic with that speed...i wont belive it....

i got an ex 5 spd and havent gone over 105... engine is sobbing at that speed and it takes forever to go any faster.. 143 tho?? you must have been redlining

reviving this thread for one reason, does anyone believe that it can do 128 mph? I did that the other day JUST to test if I could,( live in the country in a town of about 1000 by the way, so dont give me the dangerous around other cars speach..) If someone would like me to take a pic of it I will do it,unless we all believe that it can go that fast.

Yeah I know it can...This picture is shaky as hell. I still had 1,000 RPM's to go. The car was screaming at that speed.

i've hit either 115, or 125 in my lx. i don't know which it was, because i was coming up on some traffic, so i had to pay attention ahead of me moreso than look at the speed. :P

what car do you drive? if its a civic im calling bs even if you took off the rev limiter the engine will blow up because of the gearing you would be so far past the max revs the engine could handle
