Rep Power: 309 My car is a 2001 SSM coupe lx manuel. Sticker price $15,995 I talk them down to an even $12,000. I put $1,800 down and payments are $281.82 a month. It had 21050 miles when I bought it and they gave me the extended warranty.
In your case what is the year? How many miles? Warranty? To me it sounds kinda pricey depending on the above.

Rep Power: 0 2004 EX-SSRS Manual, dealer added SE package(in `04 this included fogs, spoiler and tip) plus flaps, wheel locks, bra and extended warranty for $18,000. $6,000 down 2.9% interest runs us $250 a month, but we usually pay $300...
Car stickered for $18,2ish I think, installed accessories and warranty retailed for something like $3g's...
Low ball them, they will move, my woman bought this car on her own. I went with her to OKC one weekend and they wouldnt budge, she was in Tulsa a week later for work training. I told her to go buy one, she walked in and asked to talk to the nicest salesperson, the guy told her it was him of course, well he ended up telling her co-worker that was with her to not bring her if she (the co-worker) wanted to buy a car...
I was so proud, they gave her one figure and she straight up told him no, you can do better than that or I can be on my way...
Then he tried to hit her for a point on the interest rate, he told her they could do 3.9. She said, you might want to check because they are showing 2.9% on the website and I have excellent credit, I should qualify for 2.9%...
Sometimes it helps to not have a trade in, unless you have a car that is worth more than you paid for it...
Later,
EDIT: In Oklahoma, "out the door" doesnt really work, we pay our TT&L later wherever we live. Some states (like Kentucky where we use to live and I bought my Titan) make you pay this amount in the dealership, hence the term "out the door" but that doesnt apply to all states and did not apply to our Civic that was bought in Oklahoma. My point is the figures given above do not include our TT&L which ran about $800ish I think...
