hood accident

This happend early thurdsay morning about 2:30am after my lady picked me up from work. On Wednesday night i had washed the car and forgot to put the hood pins back in. please dont be a dumbass like me and forget to put the pins back in.

no its a stock hood. if it was cf it wouldnt dent like it did.

as for the hood latch, that broke off 2yrs ago so i replaced it with the pins. the car was previously totaled and my brother in-law put it back together. never got to asking for him to put a new latch.

that happened to me in my old car...nothing major happend.

why such rice. Cant you just use the latch that comes with the car to hold the hood down. Hood pins are for muscle cars and jeeps.

that **** happened to me i had some issue's with my latch since there only thin metal it broke on me same **** new roof new hood and windshiled it was all fixed

insurance paid for it...

fvck all you people that said its rice! lol jk theres no way that could be rice. everybody agreed with one a member on here that rice was something dramatic done to ur car to make it look stupid, or something like that. exabple = big *** airplane wing on totally stock car. the hood pins are nowhere near dramatic and u cant even see them when i drive by. i let family drive my car and i forget that i had them until they stop right at my feet. i also had a good damn reason to have the pins.

they wont total it because the roof is damaged they can jst repalce the hood ,hinges, glass skin the roof and rplace the support underneath
all in all not to bad to fix depends on miles and such i have seen alot worse than that not total

i was hoping i could get the roof from and EX and have it replaced so that i'll have a sunroof/moonroof (whatever the fvck its called). instead of just fixing it cuz i have an LX.
