Can any of you who use the single din with oem under pocket post how to keep the damn single din holder in. Everything I put the faceplate on, it pops back out so its not fully in. I have members here have it clean, what did you do to make it stay. I was thinking velcro tape, but havent got the chance to get it yet.

I have the HU recessed in a bit more.
Then I gutted out the stock HU and use the face of it as a cover.
Makes it look like you have your stock HU and it prevents thieves from trying.

you got any pics? Im using the metra single din kit and the dame faceplate wont stay.

do u mean that kit wont stay on? or like the surrounding face plate that comes with a in-dash reciever wont stay on?
i dont have that kit but im guessing u could double side tape the kit on

yes the faceplate wont stick for some reason and keeps coming loose. I tried double sided tape al ready and it doesnt help.

ANy other suggestions?
