Well I think supposedly its illegal to remove your airbag, but i'm not absolutely certain on that.
That looks awesome man. I like that quick release thats a really nice security option.
How far does it stick out though it looks like it sticks out there pretty far? Or is it about same as oem?

Shifty...- I got a great deal package from a guy my brother talks to on Honda-Tech...

Zackgeyer - Yeah I got it off ebay from AlkaPlus its real carbon fiber not the synthetic crap....

exturbo6 - Its not illegal to remove the wheel I mean it is your car you know... But in the state of Texas at least its illegal to sell a car that came with an airbag from the factory without an airbag but I'm sure the law is not that strict but other states the law may very...

Realitycheck - Yeah I love this for the security reasons for the most part and it just looks pimp...LOL... OH yeah and it does stick out further than stock and this wheel is smaller than stock so it feels alittle weird but the Momo wheel I have coming in will be closer to stock size.. The other thing I got to get used to is reaching for the turn signal and the wipers oh and no more cruise control unless I fabricate a bracket or something...

I been thinking about doing the same with my car. Is it that hard to do. I did look at the DIY and it doesn't seem to be that hard to do. It looks like it sticks out too far with the quick release but that's probably because of the closeup shots.

First off extreme that is one awesome camera man. I know that thing was expensive, I just bought me a nikon slr not too long ago, I love taking photos just havent done it in a while.
Hondar1c3rx: this is just my opinion.
1. probably the cool factor of it, its kind of like indy car race style.
2. yes, the security will be awesome, you get out go into work and put your steering wheel in you backpack, and voila one more theft deterrent.

the quick release is good if u getting out of your car from your driver side window and u dont have sliders on your seats. so u can pop the sterring wheel out and slide out of your car. seen it in racing
