Rep Power: 249 Made an Impression?
I'm not talking about car wrecks and brick walls. I'm just wondering if any of you Civic owners think they made an impression in someone's mind cuz they saw your car, may it be a good or bad one.
I think I really made an impression on these two old ladies when I was pulled over by the cops and they couldn't stop staring.
I probably also made an impression on the Mustang driver when I peeled out in reverse at a traffic light stop.
...but most importantly I think I made an impression on the owner of a Jetta, a total stranger. My car was just washed and we happened to be driving the same way for a long time and just sorta stuck together on purpose. I bet she'd remember.

Rep Power: 0 is this thread serious?? if so, i hope youre not talking about that blue civic in your gallery. these people were probably staring at your car in disbelief of how stock it is.

i make impressions every day and night with my car. most people in this poor town arent accustomed to in-dash dvd players playing video cds of rock videos connected to $1000 of subs that shakes me and them.
turns out alot of girls in other (lol usually their boyfriend's) cars love the dvd player but im not looking for shallow ho's. i got a gr8 girlfriend.

Rep Power: 249 Gimme a break... I gave examples of what I meant and I purposefully left out any suggestions about modifications. Any car/driver can make an impression without knowing it, and for any number of random reasons. Some old rusty cars still stick in my mind cuz of the situation and such. I don't have to justify my stock Civic, but it is one of two in my area outside the city, so people don't actually see that many out where I live. They still like a nice clean car when they see one.

Rep Power: 260 I live in a small town, and i get people coming up to me saying stuff like "Hey! I see your car driving around alot, i like it!" Then one time at work this guy comes in asking who's blue civic that is, and then he's all askin questions cuz he has a new 04 civic. Then another time a chick came into where i work and i saw the car she got out of, an 04+ blue civic sedan. She walks in, i'm like "i like the color" (cuz mine's the same color) and she goes "OH! Is that your car!? I LOVE IT!" Ha, so yeah, something about a pretty hooked up blue blur wissing past ya goin *PSSSSSSHHHH* leaves an impression.

Rep Power: 285 I guess I left out a couple impressions on a couple people?
One time I was walking out of Kohls and this chick was walking with her mom in front of me, she see's my Civic parked and she says "OMG look how sporty and nice that car looks." Then she sees me walking up to the car and gets a little embaressed cuz I heard her say that. Kinda funny I guess?
Another time I came to work and this dude runs up to me and tells me that I have one of the nicest Civics he seen. As much as I dont like when people tell me that my car is nice (makes me feel a little uncomfortable) I gotta admit it was pretty cool because that dude walked away and got into a Mustang.
