Rep Power: 348 ****UPDATED w/ Beam pattern pics*** Cleaned TYC lens *** pix inside***
Well first off, i had a old set of projectors that i bought off some guy fo 20 bucks, and that they wouldnt work cause the mounting brackets for the lights inside was messed up... so i decided to swap lenses from those into my tycs.... Well they didnt work cause they were to big to swap... So while i had one tyc tore apart i figured i might as well clean it... And man what a difference it made!!!!
The clean lens below....
And the dirty lens...
Can you see the differnce? I still need to take time to clean the other, i just left it like that cause i didnt seperate the housing on that one...
Also, do you think the decal below the headlight looks okay? i kinda liked it at first but now, i dont know

Rep Power: 348 and it doest look like that because of the angle of the picture, thats just the best angle i could get without glare... but trust me the drivers side looks like its just a piece of glass in there.

Rep Power: 348 thats the only decal i have on the car right now... as soon as i get my front window replaced i will put my sponsor decals back on...
Let me tell you one thing.... tyc uses shitty putty to seal the headlights, thats why you have to bake them to seperate the housings.... and it doesnt seal them good either.... so i recommend cleaning your lenses and sealing them with liquid nails, which is like bathroom or kitchen silicone but clear...

i dont think so either.... most pictures IMO are like that... they sometimes make the car looks worse then it really is...
If you could just see the projector in person you would really see the difference..

Rep Power: 249 Are you sure you didn't switch the pics around? The only difference I see is the top one looks cleaner, but according to your post I'm wrong.
As for the decal, it could have been more to the left (in pic) cuz then it wouldn't curve downward as much.

I cleaned the projector lens with just a smooth cloth... I talked to impulse and he said some type of window cleaner would be fine as well, just to make sure it doesnt scratch the projector lens since they can scratch easily...
