This summer, I nearly had something similar happen. Some lost jackass in a highway truck with trailer made an illegal turn on a small street. I had the green light, luckily I was actually driving slow that evening. I stopped and he kept turning into me cutting me off, I had to drive up on the curb to avoid getting plowed.
Musta been freaky to experience that wreck.

theres no way he tried to get under a semi. no way. nobody would be that insane. especially a guy with a nice paint job. he knows his 7th gen won't fit. im guessing the blind spot. right when your rear wheels are even with the semi's rear wheels, thats basically in the blind spot. ive had that happen to me before. i just got lucky and braked like mad

Rep Power: 320 yeah that sux, i'm glad you walked away safe. Something similar almost happened to me awhile back. This trucker wanted to change into my lane, and didn't check his blind spot and almost hit me off the road with his rear wheels. ABS saved my ***. I think the car held up pretty well considering that, one wheelies on a semi weight almost much as a civic itself lol. I hope you have gap insurance, and you can get yourself into a new TC or maybe a used IS300.
