Car Repaint !! You Pick My Color Whats up guys/gals....well i've come to take a poll (hand count since i cant post a poll).. i've been wanting to repaint my car.. its a 03 Silver Ex. when i bought the car i wanted black but they didnt have it so i had to settle for what i got. not to fond of silver so i have decited to repaint...i have a carbon fiber hood, and will be getting a Carbon Fiber truck as well. so thouse have to stay the original color...unless you can paint Carbon Fiber. in it self is another question.......so heres the colors im thinkin of
#1. Black w/ pearl (sp) coat (please suggest a peal color)
#2. Pearlesent Red (it flips to an orange red)
#3. any color you suggest that looks good.
other info the interior to my car is black w/ silver trim (painted)
And Should i paint the Carbon Fiber as well. ?
What ever color wins .is the color its going to be...
i have about 1500 saved for the repaint so if you have any idea what cost is it would greatly help.

I think you should keep silver its goona look really nice with the carbon fiber parts your getting. Its much better looking when its dirty. Mines black my darn car is dirty all the time. Is your paint damaged? Just buy some meguiars wax and give your car a nice wax its goona look sick.
I don't know if for 1500 youll get a paint job better than stock. Keep in mind your new car has I think a few clear coats as well. Its not a bad paint job.

Rep Power: 0 bump...........house of kolor is based on the east coast...im all the way in nevada...i look'd on there web page for address's and found 2 so ill check them out...hopfully there reputible (sp)..im trying to stay away from candy colors....but i want somthing nice...hence the pearl coats. like the idea though. keep them comin

should strip it down to bare metal then clear coat it. clear owns you. think about the weight savings of not having any paint too

Rep Power: 0 actually i have seen this awesome looking "**** brown" colored vic in a magazine or on tv one time. it was a 6th gen coupe with that **** brown color. the interior was red and the engine was pimped red. It was weird but oh so gorgeous.

Rep Power: 328 If you do go black, and get the cf stuff, and decide to pearl coat, just pearl coat the cf, don't paint it black as well. Personally, I'd probably go with a Black Cherry color.

Rep Power: 309 Black looks good but it gets dirty too easily. I think silver and cf would look good. cf on white looks good too...as well as some kind of blue pearl. You have to make the decision yourself. It's your car and you're gonna be the one who's driving it. Color it to your taste.
