Finally my civic gets taken to be inspected (has salvage title so state has to inspect that repairs are done) after 10 friggin months or so we finally get it to the place and theyre like nope... you need the vin number of the car u got the suspension parts from the junkyard (to verify its not stolen ****)
so now i have to wait longer...im so upset i almost dont even want my car anymore...

Rep Power: 278 Yep i'd never buy a salvaged car. Think about what ur trying to do. Take a car that has been technically deemed un-driveable and then trying to get it back onto the road. Its going to take money and time and patience...of which it sounds like you have none.

Rep Power: 285 lol^^ yea i had patience it just stinks cus i get so excited cus all my friends cant wait either.lol but i got it because my dad owns an autobody/mechanic shop so we could do it obviously cheaper than the original insurance estimate that made it totaled..
it said it would be 18 grand to fix and 10 of that is parts.... we put maybe less than 4 grand of parts.
