r34 side skirts...wtf are you doing?
Why do some people mold the side skirts up the back and front on the r34 side skirts? This totally takes away from the reason they go up that far. If you've ever seen an actual skyline r34, you can see where that part is on the car...it's not smooth and non visable like you get when you mold all the way up the side and front. Someone asked me why you can see mine if they are molded...they were shaped and molded on to get the look that they have right now...the rear bumper was molded on smooth and you can't see where it connects... THAT'S ok...but you aren't supposed to do the sides like that. If you don't like the high skirts, then don't buy them...simple.
because when you do that those sideskirts become flush with the car..... it makes the sides looks like they came stock on that body. when you let the outline show its not as "clean" looking and you can tell it was added later on
I sure wish my car was newer

So basically, you're saying that you put them on just permanently enough that it would be a royal pain in the *** to take off, but not enough to where they look molded. Oh ok. I get it.

It was lowered with progress springs..check my older pics...it's winter time..winter means snow...snow means lowered is not good...not good means I'm not going to ride around on ground level on the snow...

So in closing...gee please forgive me for speaking my mind about something. Someone said "people don't want them to look like a skyline". The car doesn't look like a skyline no matter what kit you put on it. The rest of the car is quite different. Like I already said, if you don't like the skirts, don't put them on your car then attempt to cover them up. You can always get different skirts. Make sense? Thanks.
2kwhite whatever: No...they are on permanently. They aren't molded smooth because I think it's stupid. I thought that was clear. The rear bumper is molded smooth because it's not stupid. Sweet. I'm not trying to mash on anyone. I'm just saying I don't agree with some folks as they don't agree with me. 'nuff... pwnage..thank you.

It seems like you're bashing people for their their own opinions, then you get edgy because you expect your opinions to rule all?

Do what you like.
But IMO, I wouldn't mold any bumper or side skirts on a daily driver car. due to the fact that if one got damaged and needed to repainted I could take that part off and get that part resprayed. If it was molded to the car I have to get a good portion of the car resprayed.
