my homemade short shift lol

thanks to jgoodfella1 on here who sold me his stock shift bar, i managed to make my own short shifter. i saw this mod i several cars before and thought it would look awesome.

so here it is

the throw is a lot shorter because of the angle. i want to get the short shifter adapter so it will be really short. i already ordered it and is on its way.
i really like it and i think this will prolly be the best mod i do to my car

its nice because i can rest my hand on top of the shift **** and touch the red ring if i wanted to. i really like how the height came out and when i shift hard i jam my fingers between the shift **** and the ring. im prettty sure that when i get a real short shifter that will change though. like i said i love this mod. no regrets

oh yea i just measured the amount of thread on the stock shift bar and then cut that amount from the top of the bend. and then i had to grind down the bar so it would match the same thickness in diameter and then rethreaded it. now i can use just about any shift ****. if you look at the boot i made it myself. awhile back i had tan and red stitches. i asked a lot of people if they wanted me to do it buy no one was interested. anyhow i want the si shift **** with the red stitches to match my boot. i think that will be my next mod.......
