Ok, I just put a limit on my car... I have a couple of modifications that I would like to do to it, and I' am done.

This is what I' am thinking...

Next Mod (soon): Side Markers

I' am thinking of getting the ones that sihotan purchased, BMW 330i Side marker

http://www.7thgencivic.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=176409

Im just not sure how it will look on a civic... I will also tint/black it out to match my headlights/color of car.

After: RSX Seats/Leather Seats

Idea from my man, 2k2EXCOUPE

I still dont know if I should purchase RSX seats? I gotta go to a dealership and sit in them to see if I will really like them or not. I dont really want to get the leather overlay cause sometimes it doesnt look right? I know I will have to get the back seats layered but, my main concern would be the drivers seat. I think I would honestly do what 2k2EXCOUPE did.

How much would something like that go for?

Last: Cause of winter/money saving
I will lower the car with some B&Gs - So Spring time, They will be put on.

Also... What do you guys think about replacing the "H" on the trunk with the acura symbol? Rice? I get a lot of people looking at my car wondering what it is at night time, and Thought it would be funny/something different. I need a black emblem... Anyone know where to purchase one?

Do they make a Black Chrome Emblem? An Acura or Honda Symbol?

Guess my main concern is the leather interior.

What do you guys think about the RSX seats? What do you guys think I should do with the back seats?

I heard that the RSX rear seats CAN FIT but, with modding. I really dont want to do that, And I like the idea of having the seats fold down.

Leather and markers would be awesome. I would leave the H stock or it will look ricey. Also, lowering is a bad idea with just springs. Go for a full coil like tien basic or some springs with tokiko shocks.

Lol. Dealer for the H. And B&G isn't the greatest suspension to get if you're gonna lower alot. Have you thought about painting the H the color of your car so it blends in? I would just get chrome tho.

i think those are all great ideas except for the acura emblem. as for the RSX seats, they are very comfortable/nice/supportive but they do crack. i think just maintain the leather and they will be good.

ImPulse, I am replacing my leather soon. Not that this has anything to do with you, but it does go with a suggestion I have for you for your leather. I recently contacted Katzkin about this. If you ask, they'll send you a sample wheel of all of their leather. They also have the kits made for each vehicle. Being as you're thinking about doing RSX fronts, you'll have to order front and back seperately. But, they do offer the covers for both the RSX and Civic. I already have their leather in my car. But, I'm redoing it soon, as I haven't replaced the driver's seat yet from my break in 2 years ago (there's 2 small partial tears in it where the idiots sit in the seat with galss in it.) They can do solids, or 2 tones. I'm going with a leather/suede 2 tone. But the samples are good quality and you can take them and match it to your interior. If you're looking to match to the interior, the color is drak graphite. You can check it on their site, but it's best to go ahead and request the samples, as you can seem them in person to determine your color. They don't charge you for any part of the samples, they pay for shipping too. Prices for the sets are on their site. I checked for replacing a single seat as well. That's $150, or that's what they quoted me. They also offer a sponsorship form, which, when I get to the point where my civic is a trailer queen, I'll submit. Just thought I'd throw that out there so you could get an up close look at the colors so you can determine what you want in the car as opposed to on a screen.

It helps if you condition them every time you clean the car. They shouldn't be cracking if you maintain them correctly. If you do maintain them correctly, and they're still cracking, I'd take them back to the dealer, has to be a defect somewhere.

yep everything is good you said cept the emblem! As for the rsx seats ive also heard of alot of people's cracking, so id do some mroe research on those.
As for someone saying the B+G arent very good if u wanna go low, thats the case with any suspension. If u wanna drop like 2 inches then the B+g is perfect, and somewhat cost effective. If u wanna drop like 3-4 inches (like me) then it gets bumpy...just like anything else. If u slam ur car the ride gets rough...so either deal with a rough ride or wheel gap

Don't make your car ricey. That's what tends to happen starting out or at the end when you're out of mod ideas but want to change something. Resist the urge!
