thats part of the kit. Most places send the mesh with the front. But the grill is attatched to the bumper.

yea, that "grill" is actaully molded right with the bumper so all you need is some mesh like Red said

Yeah but it looks like the mesh on the "grill" part is finer grade than the mesh on the other openings. I guess that's all it is? Just finer mesh? Well whatever it is. I should have pix of my car in a few days.
