How do you do it???
I dont know how you guys keep your body kits from getting wrecked when your car is low. My car has a 2 inch drop and its kitted and I have tried everything to avoid cracking it when i pull out of a steep driveway but nothing seems to work. So how do you guys keep it from hitting? I guess im doing something wrong.

i normally go over anything that has a bump or incline at an angle...and the worse i get is a scarpe on the mid pipe......to where i can actually feel it being pushed up into the car.

the 30/60 rule... 30 degree and 60 degree let the tire hit the incline b4 the kit and then the kit will be raised....go next to the incline and turn tires toward it it'l life the car b4 the kit has a chance.
my front is 2" off the ground and sides are 7/8" off the ground and i never scrape even speed bumps u just gotta do it right(i use my rule modifyied, 20/70 degree rule cause im TOO low

use the 20/70 rule.. it actually works.. Just hit it so the tire hits first and that will raise the body of the car up enough to get it up the steep incline..
and speed bumps don't really affect me unless i'm plowing over them.. (which would be dumb to do anyways)

my car is only dropped about 1.5 inches, but I still scrape everywhere with my exhaust cause it only has 6 inches on clearance. I just go also at angles and it works for me.

Hey whats are those things (maybe this will help) i see all the time on slammed car with kits, on the front of the kits the got 2 looks like wire holding the bottom of the bumper up, like you go over a bump if you hit it protects it and pulls it up, is this correct, does anyone no what i mean!! Would that work. Im not fimiliar with them i just saw some people with them
That is the other thing with kit, there are a lot of maintence(sp?) after you have it on. When I first had my kit, avoid speed bumps, learn how to angle your car going up and down. The most look out for objects in the middle of the road. I dont know if it is really a different but when I got 18's it didnt scaped as much.

If that is what you were refering to its actually for aeordynamics & would cause the front to be lower than before (thus no help for protection).
