Theoretically, you could modify the dash to accomodate the navi unit from the accord. But, why would you want to when you can get the same thing and save money in the form of the AVIC-N1, Drivesoft, Alpine unit, Kenwood unit, etc.?

The Accords GPS is made by Alpine. Yeah, it is sweeet. We use it a lot.
My guess is that the Alpine unit with DVD uses the same NavTech maps and would work very similar. The difference on the Accord is that the NAV is also tied into the ECU for speed info, AND it knows when you run low on gas. It will actually divert you to a gas station along the way. It's sooo cool. I have been looking into this as well for a while.
There has to be a way to get the NAVI unit from Asia, but I may settle for the Alpine from Crutchfield.
The drivesoft is awesome, but around $2500.
