that really sux, before i got my civic i was in a major accident and couldnt believe i walked away with a couple scrapes and bruises

so be greatful to be alive, a car is a car, you can always get a new one

oh shiet you musta been there. anyways i think im fine, but gonna goto my regular doctor for a followup. it was a cool night and i was going speed limit of 40mph. how do i know, because lots of speed traps i i always goe speed limit there. i was going south on the main 4 lane road. both windows down because it was a nice night. at of nowhere, all i see is the side of a red truck damn right there. didnt even see the headlights coming from the side, just the side of the truck. well i tboned him on the passenger side and i think hes truck ran over the front end. all i remember was red truck, hit breaks, everything goes white and smoky. then i look up, the guy jumps out of his truck, gets back in and tries to run. then out of nowhere a bunch of people try to stop him, and its 10:20pm'ish at night. cope on a bike is there instantly. i am then rushed to emergency and released with cuts, bruises, and bumps on my head. well from what i was told from ems, police on the scene, and impound the guy was drunk and taken to jail that night.

i do plan on following up and making sure he goes to jail. also i my neck and back do not get any better, i do plan on making this sucker pay. insurance is suppose to call me to settle the claim. they said aslong as i have receipts, they will cover it. after this, no more civic. i need something stronger.

well atleast your living to show what happened and what it will become again in time. I've had many friends killed thanks to rednecks + alcohol + big trucks anyway that sucks hope you can get it all rebuilt again.
