I Already knew basically the overall task at hand and just went with the flow and painted like i did my other ones. I did do somethings different though....i sanded and primered it (it's a bitch to do) .....i used a blow dryer + oven.....did 3 coats of black...2 coats of primer...1coat clear (not in that order though)....broke my amber piece's tab and glued it back ( i like it like that)...and i didn't wear a shirt hahaha.... that's pretty much all i did different. hahahaa it took me basically all day....got up at 10-10: 30am and stopped at like 4pm. thanx though
It's basically the same as painting the 01-03's. You can do it with that DIY. But the sealant on the 04's isn't the black sealant....it's like gray....and that **** was tuff as hell to dig into without any kinda heat.
