Shaving clarified for all please I've looked and looked through posts looking for a response to my question. Every post seems to say something different on this topic, so I'm going to post.
When you remove the "H" symbol on the back trunk lid: Does it leave a hole?
I've seen some people say yes it does.... and others say... no? So what is it? Some "H" emblems are stuck on with tape, and some are drilled?
I want to shave it off, but I obviously need to know if it's going to leave me with 2 holes in my trunk, and if it does, how people fixed it? DIY, or shop done?
I've seen rides without holes on their trunk. Help me out.

its gonna be more than $40 if you want it to look good. expect to pay about $150-200 to shave the H emblem and repaint the trunk. your gonna have to paint the whole trunk or else its gonna be blended like crap.

Rep Power: 331 cost me $170 to fill in the holes from the emblem and keyhole...no body work will ever cost less than $150 unless its something trivial.

Rep Power: 0 Dude, I just put in two RED LEDS and wired them to my center taillight. They are in the perfect spot to blast the person behind you right in the eyes. Thats if they are in a car.Cant really see them in the pic, but here you go. Will get some night pics soon.

Its your car so do what you want, but it looks a hell of alot better if you just shave it and paint it(the whole trunk not just the holes).
