welll... mmm... got that AEM V2 intake , i had it for 2 months and it broke... check it



i was lookin at it one day and it just broOKE!!!



im in contact with the dealer i bought it with... and im waiting to see what they do.

Robear racing is who i bought it through... i hope that they help me out. IM sure they will, they have been pretty good to me this far.

That sucks man, AEM is good about replacing them.

It's not really Rob's job to stand behind this product, he's just a vendor. Email AEM with pics and I bet you $50 they will replace it.

that happens on a lot of spec-v's atleast 15-20 ppl have had that happen all u need is ur receipt and AEM replaced it for all the spec-v guys

My AEM SRI also got owned. After losing performance, I took it off and threw it under the bed. When I looked at the filter, a plastic ziptie on a cable had cut half way through the metal mesh covered filter. What a piece of junk.

I agree. Learn how to install an intake before you go bashing AEM. I refuse to buy that a weld that supports NOTHING but a little 10mm bolt is going to magically break off, some force was required to Cleanly break off ALL the welds and put a 1" hole in the intake pipe, save that BS for someone else.

Yea .... ok.. nice try... this is the third intake that i have installed and out of them all this one was one of the easiest ones. I installed it just like it was suppose to. The only thing that did not go on was a lil clamp because they gave me two of the little ones, but only one of them would work, the tube was to big on the other side, so i used the stock one. It worked fine and it was not touching anything. SO why dont u STFU u bastard. and i was not bashing AEM, I said i liked the intake and the sound. All i wanted was it to be replaced and i was showing everyone on this site what happened. IF i were bashing AEM i would say, This fawking thing sux i will never ever buy an AEM product again and i hope no one else does as well. So DIZZLE, why dont u stop it with all that BS talkin **** like u know whats going on! By the way i still like AEM and i would back their products any day. Oh and just so u know, i did get a call back from the guy at AEm and he requested that he see some of the pics, and then he wants me to send it out to him.
