JDM look
i know that the JDM look is nice on cars that are dark in color like black and blue but what about one that is ralleye red? is the JDM look gonna look outta place? i am interested in blacking my headlights. but what else does the JDM look include? does any one have a pic of a car that is JDM?

Rep Power: 338 well.. the reflector thing on the rear bumper is actually a rearward facing foglight
as for trying to jdm out a coupe.. thats impossible since there is no coupe in japan, you can get it close, but its not gonna be 100%, sedans on the otherhand, thats easy.. except making it rhd

Rep Power: 0 ^^ That doesn't mean that he can't impose the JDM "style" onto his coupe....it will never be authentic JDM unless you import it so what does it matter? 
IMO you should mod your car how you like it....I don't mod my car for anyone other than myself.
Don't let people discourage you man, "JDM looking" is all you will ever get out of a USDM civic so do with your 'Vic what you like.

jdm = japanese domestic market
but since 7thgen coupes that are sold here in USA, japan doesnt have them so theirs no such thing as "JDM 7thgen (coupe)" you can make it "jdm style" and thats bout the farthest you can go with it.
i did my ride similar to jdm 'style'. im thinking about purchasing some UK taillights

Black housing headlights and amber corners aren't JDM, since the actual JDM headlights have clear lenses and are chrome.

jdm style can be in any solid color just need to be simple. not always perferbly blue or black. Theres colors like desert gray seen on most new rsx/mustangs, white, silver, bascially anything simple. Not to fancy like lime green blah blah. You can get jdm lip kit that will fit to a coupe. check out allbodykits.com, rocketz.net, hondawerx.com, robearracing.com. But you can call your car real jdm if i you get a k20 swap or jdm aftermarket parts, rsx recaro seats, carpets, well anything that can fit into an a coupe.

exterior
-mugen or type r flat blk or cf lip kit
-16" - 17" bronze rims... (bronze is amzing and so JDM on red)
-blk housing headlights
-mugen wing off 96-00 civics...
-fog lights oem
interior
-mugen everything LOL
-mugen steering wheel...
-mugen pedals
-mugen shift ****
engine compartment
- mugen oil cap
- mugen rad cap
- spoon strut bar
that should give ur car JDMish
GET BRONZE rims... its the greatest with red
