Here are pictures of my custom paint from the last show I attened (Extreme Autofest Las Vegas).
The color is called Candy Silver Marble from Xotic Colours and the top half of the car fades into "Sparklee Silver", also from xotic colours. On top of that, there's 2 layers of medium blue flakes.

Here's a pic of my Silver Carbon Fiber VIS trunk.

The marble job usually runs from 6500 to about 10,000 depending on the skill of the painter and experience of the body shop. You can prob. find normal marble jobs for a little cheaper, but not many places can do CANDY marble yet. Most can shoot normal marblizer, but there's a trick to doing candy colors. That's why they charge so much.

cause unlike reg paint, candy doesn't look the same if some parts are lighter and some are darker. Candy is a translucent paint and if you don't apply it perfectly even, then you can tell where the heavier spots are as opposed to the lighter. When looking at the paint from far away, you will have discoloring. That's why it's soooo important to have a good shop and painter paint your car if it's a candy color or even a pearl at that.

I don't know who else does, but I watch American Chopper, and on orangecountychoppers.com there's a bike they have for sale on the site that Justin Barnes did in bright silver and red flames...that's a sick fender paint scheme on a 7thgen, I would also put it on the hood but I want a CF hood.

nightkids......I won 3rd place Civic Show at Extreme autofest. I lost to the guy who I beat last time. The judging was kinda wack...but oh well. I also lost best paint after taking it at the other Autofest to some guy who had custom airbrushing. I have my car at the LA Convention Center as we speak for the DUB show can concert. Wish me luck...ha ha
The fuel door mod is just a custom mod to match with my widebody. Most widebodies don't have the fuel door widebodied and it looks kinda weird IMO, so I had them mold my gas door to go with the lines of the widebody and in order for it to fold at that angle, it'd have to fold down.

*sarcasm* dam, those doors are almost as played out as the white reeboks the chick is wearing !
.
