imo.. if ur getting a benz get a nice sl CL or etc.. **** id rather have a 1998 SL500 than that new...

You need to learn what the **** you are talking about before you go about dissing people about their rides.

First off, his car would absolutely own your car through the straights, the twisties, or wherever.

Second, that is not the only Mercedes that doesn't come with leather standard. There are many other classes, such as the ML class, that do not come with leather. Albeit, the cars you mentioned do come with leather...because they cost almost 3 times what he paid for that thing.

An SL is starting at $90,000, a CL is around there also.

BTW, you're not going to find a 98 SL500 for anywhere near the price he paid for that car.

hey nice car! i grew up riding in a benz. trust me you can drive down the road and not no ur cruising at 100 mph. it will feel like ur cruising at 50. i know this because i grew up touring the german autobans and italian twisties along the alps. good buy! btw the cars i rode in where 90's model. i'm sure they gotten better.

thnx for backing me up Gotti, well said...and yea I have to watch my speedometer all the time cause I don't even know I'm going 60 in a 40. And I don't think I wanna change any suspension on the benz, it's ride is very smooth and I think it already has factory sport suspension on it. Besides, nothing like a suspension warranty from benz...they fix everything for free!
