Rim vs. Curb head on at 40mph

a 7th gen came in for an accident repair this winter... they had motegi 15" wheels... jumped a curb sideways at 40mph... it tore off 1 spoke and ripped back the edge of the rim about 6 inches or so. the wheel was shaped like a U

^^^ yup thats what the rim would look like, the rear rim jumped the curb also but it only hit the tire, no damage whats so ever to the others... just the stuff above
I did the same thing to my rims...except I was going about 60 mph.
You can see the pic of the rims in my rides.
It cost me over a $1000 to get just my car back on the road...and I used used parts as replacements! Theres more damage than my sig says.

my rim looked like PrcCivic, but i just changed the lower controler arm and the knuckle and it looks fine, i just wanna make sure the frame isn't that badly bent...
my friend is a distributer, so he is going to get me a rpm for cheap.

im on the same boat as u hondaluver...hit a curb and busted 2 rims up to hell (stock hubcap ones) messed up a control arm, 2 knuckles, and a subframe...cost about $1600 in parts and labor...popped 1 tire and 2 of them were torn but repaired...now its fixed now with a new tire and replaced everything...****** at honda dealership put a dent in my fender before i had it taken to a friends garage...$200 more on the fender to fix it
