I can hardly win a show with my car...ha ha....but competition is ferce over here. One thing that I am certain of, is that some shows won't allow you to show your car (even if registered) if they see you at the show without rims. I'm not sure how it is over there, but that's just what some of the shows require. But like they said, you never know till you try. Good luck if you do decide to show.

ehh.. SI rims... i'd say you need 17 inches or more at least if you want to place in a show... unless your goin for JDM class, then 15's and 16's would be acceptable...
but i see you have a body kit which definitely need to be accented with large size wheels... on second thought, i don't think even 17's will be enough... i'd say either 18's or 19's..

You will need 18's or higher. With 17's and no drop the gap will be too big and the judges will not mark you as high on points. It is all about the look when it comes to shows. you want your ride to look as flawless as you can. I'm here in So Cal and the highest I have placed is 2ed in my catagory at a mid to large size show. I'm not sure how the competition is where your at but I have seen some nice pimped out rides in Canada. You might want to look into getting some cheap springs to throw on for the show quick like. Goldline springs are a cheap costing good spring that will give you that edge. Goodluck

it has nothing to do with it being a sedan.... its all about points when its being judged. but the worst part is that u have a civic and in a lot of shows thats the most u c...and its even harder when the category is BEST CIVIC ALL... that sucks right there cuz u compeating with civics of all years...but it doesnt hurt to try just go have fun and check out the ladies...woah...good luck bro....
