What Should I Trade My Car In For?? Help!!!!
I just bought a brand new 2004 Honda Civic EX 2dr. It is a good car but really expensive and i dont think it is gonna be fast even if i buy all the stuff for it. I'm thinking about selling it for around 15,000. I paid almost 20,000 for it and got it last december. I just put an Injen intake in last week too.
Anyways what kind of car should i buy if i sell it. Something that i can hook up and go really really fast. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and i don't really think u can get $15k for it..maybe more like low $14K?
I agree - I went to my dealership the other day to get a quote on a 2004 Civic EX - they offered me $16,500 including an extended warranty. I too don't understand why you paid so much - you could've looked at an RSX if you shelled at 20K for your Civic. If I were you i wouldn't be so fast to trade it in or sell it. You just bought the car - it won;t be as fast as another car but I tihnk you should stick it out until you puts some mileage on there. Then I would look for a new car - one it reaches that 3 year mark.
But if you insist on getting new now - I'm also in the market for something new - I'm looking to get a used 5th gen Prelude - but if you need something brand new - I guess the Mazda 3s is a good bet as well as the Nissan Sentra SE-R/SPEC-V. I'm wary of the SRT-4 - it seems like a great deal for the performance but in the long run i doubt it will be reliable.
What type of car are you looking for though - new, used? body style, and specific makes - more specifics would help in the search

^^ ouch
there are a lot of choices out there and more to come....I think you should stick with it considering you will lose quite a bit....and for 20,000 you could have gotten an 2004 si with a bit more pep and much more potential! What you have to consider is what will be more beneficial to your pocket and then decide a price range if you do decide to get rid of it. I too am in the market for a new car as my civic is a 2001 with 50k miles and I am very wishy washy with my decision.....first it was a g35 then TL and now its prolly gonna be an is300 because of the rear drive and inline 6 potential (have to have 4 doors and the 4 door g35 looks hideous in my opinion).

Yeah - just stick with it for a while and do some research on what you're really interested in. One day it will just hit you - then you can trade it in. Don't rush the decision - it'll just result in something you don't really want

Still can't believe you spent $20k, you definately could of got something better than that. I would agree with the previous posts saying you should hold onto it for a bit. Trading it in now will result in quite a hit to the ol' wallet.
Nothing works better than a Chris except a Honda.

one of the cheapest most ***-tacular cars ever made... i wouldnt even drive the new sports package... well mabie in a fat suit with a bag over my head.
If you want somthing daily driver everyday the focus with supercharger and boltons with a good suspension package will fookin roock. if you want somthing thats more full race but streetable on 92 with good maintenece get a s14 body 240sx and drop in a 20det or a rbdet (more expensive) work that angle and you can end up with pretty much the fastest thing on the road and they look sweet as hell. the possibilities on that chassis and engine are pretty much endless, you could build a 12ish second drag car or a full track day beast.

You've obviously never seen one in action. The Miata is one of the best handling small sports cars on the road today (Stock). Its been described as the Best British Roadster EVER! (and its not even from England)
A Stock Miata in the twistys can out run Many "Faster" cars easy.
