This is what my stock Densos looked like after 30000 miles. I replaced them with Bosch Platinums, and wow! The engine runs so silky smooth now! I noticed no increase in power at all, maybe like .001 HP that I regained.
I would definately reccomend checking the stock ones MUCH before Honda's 110k interval. You may not NEED them, but you will benefit from replacing them.
The Boschs were only $8 for the whole set (The price of ONE NGK). I think I'm gonna replace every 10k now. The gap came pre-set, I double checked them anyways.
The engine feels so much more refined and happy now. Idles and revs better. Why not replace for $8?
I'll report any difference in gas mileage after I'm done with this tank.

Yeah, mine were worse than that after 27K. I'll have to see if I can find them, I may still have them. I went to Bosch +4s and the gas milage went up, but my *** dyno wasn't tuned enough to feel anything.
If you don't mind spending a $hitload, and you want OEM, you can get NGK or Denso for around $40-50. Or you can pay $8 for Bosch Platinum (All four). I think NGK has some Platinums for around $6-7 apiece too. Don't get copper plugs unless you don't mind replacing them every few thousand miles.
So Bosch, NGK, and Denso are all good to go with.

heh, mine looked like that only after 18,000 miles. I checked them because my car felt really sluggish and I could feel that the engine wasn't putting out what it was supposed to, something was holding it back. After I put some Denso Iridiums in, I could immediately feel that the car was much more responsive and smooth.
I recommend that everybody do this AT LEAST every 30,000 miles.
