Is anyone else having these problems ?? OK.....i need to vent, so prepare 
1) I call visionautodynamics about a blitz front bumper on numerous occasions throughout the summer and fall. They keep telling me that it will be here within a month or 2. Well back in October they tell me that it will be here in our next shipment so i pre-order it and it gets charged to my credit card. Well October ends, then November quickly flys by and still no bumper. Finally they call and give me a tracking # the 2nd week of December. I check the # and it says it will be delivered on Dec. 15th. Well Dec. 15th comes up and no bumper, i check the # and it says it has been delayed to the next day. After 2 days of this, i call the shipping company up and i'm like WTf ?!?!?!?......they tell me that it is sitting right here, but we are too busy.
Well, xmas comes and goes and still no bumper, so i call the shipping company up again and i'm like listen, you have had my bumper sitting in your warehouse for over 2 wks now........i need it now and i will not wait any longer. 2 days later i finally get it 
2) SF holds a group buy for turbo kits and you get them for $200 cheaper than normal. Also they gurantee them to be shipped by xmas. So the first wk in November i order my kit with some upgrades thinking that i will be boosting by xmas. Well since those f.ucks are lazy they don't have our kits done and they make up excuses expecting us to believe them. Their shop got broken into, then they were waiting on a shipment of turbos. Our kits were done, but they just needed the turbos. Then they got broken into again, then they were in the process of moving. Then the supplier for turbos was screwing them around so they ordered turbos from someone else. Then they were waiting on the powdercoater......well wait, i thought our kits were done? This went on all the way until the middle of Feb. when i finally get my kit. I open up my kit and it looks like a 5 yr old packed it. Pipes were scratched up and the main thing was, they were the wrong damn color Also, one T fitting was broken, my FMIC has a dent in it and i had no oil pan fitting. About 5 days later i finally recieve my fuel system and alcohol injection kit and the damn fuel system was busted. So, i had to send back my pipes and fuel system to get fixed. Now I am still waiting and they have had the excuse that the powdercoater went on vacation and he hasn't heard back from him. Well he returned 2 wks ago and my kit still has not been shipped. I pm'ed Catalyst several times last wk and he has been online everyday and won't return my pm's.
DON'T ANYONE BUY A PRODUCT FROM STAFFORD FABRICATIONS !!!!!!!!!
3) I smacked a deer back in Feb. I order a VIS CF Invader Hood through a website. I get the hood 3 wks later and they they sent me OEM style. I call up the website and they call VIS. Then i had to call VIS since it was their fault and they tried talking me into keeping the OEM........i said, if i wanted OEM, i would have ordered OEM, now wouldn't I?
So, he says, well the Invader is on backorder for 3 wks......i said fine. Well, 5 wks go by and still no hood. I call them up and i'm like, WTF ?!?!?! They said they still have no hoods in and they won't get them in until Tuesday, call back. So, i have to call back tomorrow and if there is no hood, i want a full refund and i will tell them to shove it up their ***. 
4) I called up Ground Designs and order and pay for Black Widow side skirts and rear apron back in the first wk of January. Well, 2 months go by and still no word, so i call them up and their like it isn't done yet. I'm like, get off your *** and get it done, i paid for the damn thing. Well, they tell me it will be shipped next wk, so i have been calling and it sill hasn't been shipped. So i have to call today at 4:00 Pacific time to get a tracking #.........if i get no tracking # i am gonna go ape s.hit on those fawks.

Rep Power: 811 Sorry to hear. I've been through aot of that as well. And not just with DH either. I could go on forever, but you sort of have to expect it in this car modding business. It shouldn't be like this, but it is. Very few sites I've ordered from actually keep product in stock and ship it out fast.

Rep Power: 511 i had that problem with my rear bumper. i purchased a r33 rear bumper back in november and when it came to xmas, i never had it. by mid january they kept saying they werte gonna ship it, but i knew that was BS so i contacted my credit card company and told them all this and had them refund my money on a fraud account. that is why i ahve a g5 rear now.

my exhaust i got from a different shop... his supplier didnt have it so he calls me and says it will be 1 day late... the man had A'PEX ship the part right from japan and it actually came 1 day before he originally said it would arrive. i like that shop now.

I feel your pain man, I ordered my SF kit in the last week or August and I have yet to get my Dual Stage Boost Controller, It has been eight F-ing months now, guess I will have to file an complaint with the better business bureau. Sorry SF I will give you one more week from this date, if no contact from you at all, I will take action!

Rep Power: 511 this is why when i go turbo next year im gonna go all custom. not only can you get everything you want the way you want it, but it can all get done in less than half the time it takes to get the SF kit.
Same here, i got my kit after waiting 3 months from SF, and my fuel kit wasn't running(which means i am running lean). I send it back to them and wait for another month, and they send it back to me say fuel kit is fixed. I installed it and went to shop to dyno it. Guess what, i am still running ultra lean.

Rep Power: 811 I'm just tired of getting screwed over. I went around to find some tires, ended up getting quoted like $720. They add all this useless crap and crazy install rates. I can't believe people buy from those places. So I'm getting the same tires for $395 shipped from tirerack, then going to Sam's club to give them $10 for the install

Rep Power: 607 you know what, it seems the more you pay for it, the worse it is. I have ordered other stuff from vendors like a Revo, shift boot, gauges, breather filter, blah blah blah.......and i had no problems with this stuff at all. But the big **** that really counts causes us the biggest grief. I don't understand businesses......what is so hard about making sure the parts are right.

I had that problem when I ordered B & G's from Circa X, that little homo. I paid and I didn't recieve anything for a week. I called him and called every two days for about 3 weeks. He keep saying he was waiting for them. I said F* that and I called the VP of B & G and he sent me to the midwest distributor who was located about 30 mins from Circa and he said that he had 30 units on hand. The salesman went to the store and gave my kit to Circa X to send out. I was offered a job by him to sell B&G's on this site, but I didnt have time to do it, plus, I didn't want anyone to deal with the sh*t I did.
