Well Im not getting the scion
Well Im not getting that special eddition scion Xb that I ordered. I got my insurence quote today and there's no way I can afford it. MY insurence for just the Scion alone would have been $150 a month. So now it looks like the build up the civic fund has doubled

Good. Scions are ugly. And I have no freaking clue how people got fooled into thinking they were sweet cars. All the hype maybe? Who cares about aftermarket support. If it was already sweet then you wouldn't have to modify anything. Just my 0.02. Flame if you will, I won't be checking back on this thread. The end.

They're making their 115 HP grocery kart cars into racers.
I just really dislike scions the end.
I'm entitled to have my own opinion right?
You don't need to get mad at me if my opinion isn't the same as yours.
I knew that I would get a comment for the "modifying the scion" bit.
I'm not tryin to be a smart ***, I'm just voicing my opinion.
No hard feelings bro!
Edit: I had to respond. I couldn't resist.

Um the civic has 117 in the dx and hx. The ex has 127. Are you saying the same about the civic too? All people want to do what they want. If people want to modify it, its there car. Just like us and just like the domestics.

Yea good for them they can do what they want. I'm just saying I'd never buy a scion because it's hideous... and I'm glad that RiceBurner isn't getting one too. To me, just because a scion has aftermarket support doesn't mean that it still isn't hideous (in my opinion).
It's kind of like fat dudes trying to wear designer clothes. Sure the clothes look good, but in the end after all of the wardrobe modifications, the guy still looks fat.
I had a friend that had this bitchy chubby gf a while back. Sure she LOVED shopping at bebe but she looked like a complete tool.
Wow I'm veering off topic. haha.
And UM LX models have 115hp THE END. I think you forgot that one that one.
I guess I will be coming back to this thread after all hehe.

i agree about the scions looking ugly, but their coupe version coming out in June is nice looking. 160hp and better looking than the civic imo
just now saw the thread and would like to say the only reason i was looking forward to going up and getting that scion was just spending time talking shame its so much for insurance, but really what did you expect i think mine is like 200 and was the same when i had my other car too
