it's a long exposure. if you have a camera that lets you adjust the shutter speed, set it to a couple seconds or more (depending on how dark it is) and take a picture with the backdrop being a semi-busy street. you have to have a tripod or something to keep the camera still, cuz the shutter stays open and any slight movement messes the picture up.

u want to put it to the Positive setting. It should have a positive 2
or more
and make sure its dark and have a tripod... the guy who said it before is right on the money explaining how u do this..

here are a couple more.... these are not that good at all, mostly because the sun was so bright and it was hard to find a good spot.... this was at an autox meet with fatty and bluerevs
