What do you guys think I should do, I can get the 04 Civic Tails for my 03 for cheap, should I buy them, leave them stock they way they are now, dye them...give me some input...NOTHING HAVING TO DO WITH ALTEZZA'S

I am getting them from a retrded acquantince...but every now and again someone will post them up on ebay, but they are hard to find...unless you know someone that wants to give them up, you might be better off buying them from the Honda Dealer...

Maybe I got used to the old taillights, the 04 look kinda weird to me because the brake and signal lights switched place compared to the old ones.

Before I got my car, I would totally agree with you. I didn't like the 04' tail lights that much either. I thought they looked weird as well. I've own my 04' for just more than a week now, and I must say the tail lights do look pretty "Sweet".

If anybody is wondering. I am not selling my tail lights...lol. Get your own.

I put the 2004 tails on my silver 2001 EX Coupe...they look sweet. Much better than the originals. Dezod set me up with the lights, turn signal sockets, and the complete 2004 rear wiring harness....plug-n-play.

Yes, there is a difference. They look better for one. But the major difference is the 04 tails (at least on my 01 coupe, and other coupes) get rid of the 4th bulb, which is a sidemarker bulb. Which is where the harness comes in. You could just change the socket for the turnsignal, which is probably the cheapest way. And you'd have to clip off the socket for the sidemarker, then seal it with something such as a heat shrink wrap, closed end connector, etc. Then you'd be 04 tail ready. I bought the entire harness from honda. Which includes all sockets, bulbs, and the piece that goes across the rear of the trunk compartment (under the false floor/behind jack cover). I just unplugged the 01 harness, and plugged in the 04 harness, and popped in the pressure clips.
