Rep Power: 0 my car is a peice of ****
i dont kno what me and my dad were thinking when buying a car for me, i wanted something that was good on gas and reliable, but damn, my si civic didn't come with much else... first of all it has NO *****, and there is NO POINT in putitng in 4 grand to boost 10 hp, secondly, and worse of all the ride is soooo shitty, it feels like the car has no suspension sometimes, and lastly, the price on this car is way to high for the peice of **** your given.

Rep Power: 0 why starting *itching about it. should of test drive the car before buying it.
and "there is NO POINT in putitng in 4 grand to boost 10 hp" I think you can get a lot more then 10hp, out of a turbo on a si

Rep Power: 350 For you information the K-series motors take sometime before they a broken in. It took about 6,000 miles before the K20A3 in my old SI was broken in all the way. Oh and as for boost, the K20A3 response great to boost. 8psi and you will double your HP. It just goes to show that you expected the world from it. Its a Civic. If you want a car that handles great and is fast to start with get a STI or EVO. Otherwise start modding your SI and STFU.

I started with an EX, and it's tougher.
But once you start modding the car, you realize that the car starts getting better and better. It's a challenge, but the rewards are awesome. If you didn't feel like modding your car, you should've started with an SRT-4 or something.

Rep Power: 0 i think the si has alot more than you're making it out to be. it responds great to mods and has a ton of aftermarket support. join clubsi.com or ephatch.com and see what others have done to improve the car.
to be honest i wish i had gotten a si instead of my ex, but like most people on here...we take it as a challenge.

Rep Power: 0 si's aren't the horrible car you be making them out to be. they are very cheap, reliable, can still be daily driven very easily, responds absolutley great to boost and other mods, and has potential for good numbers for a car that costs well under 20k

Rep Power: 0 Learn how to drive first, THEN go on a tantrum about how much your car sucks. Honestly, When I had my 300ZX I thought I beat people because my car was super fast. Now that I have a foockin Civic, I realize half of these kids that drive much nicer and faster cars than I just plain suck at driving. The other night I **** my pants because I beat an RSX by about a car length. Why? CRAPPY DRIVER! The other morning I DESTROYED some ugly Focus riced out hatch thing, while I was eating a Pop Tart on my way to work. Why? CRAPPY DRIVER! The best part was the guy asking me what I had done to my car when we got to a stop. I have a stock EX. So yeah, sorry about the rant, but a lot of you guys complain, and treat Civics like mildly retarded children. They aren't bad cars at all. I like mine. This is coming from a guy who previously owned a 400+ HP sports car.

Rep Power: 273 i gotta agree with everyone here, I had my doubts when i bought my ex, but then i remembered why i bought it. I wanted to get a car that wasnt fast to start out, but I could make it fast, do a swap possibly and make it nice. hey a good think about hondas is they have TONS of parts for them. Not all other cars have as many options, so you should be happy/
