What Type of Engine?

Ok Im New To this site and dont know if im postin this in the right spot or not. But if u could please answer my question it would be as some help. Ok i have a 2001 Honda Civic lx, what kind of engine does it have 1.7l b16? b17 what? i have no clue i got this car a couple months ago for good grades. Im only 15 so any help is needed. thanks

H22? don't think so... but anything can be done with lots of $$, it'd take a lot of customization to fit that huge engine into our dinky engine bays...

however, H22's have been commonly swapped into accords, integras, and older gen civics...
