well... i just got quoted by a couple of places... $110 installed for aftermarket glass... $215-$220 for factory glass + warranty...
gonna be going the cheap route since i'm not going through insurance... glass is just glass to me...

sorry to hear that man. but it could've been 100x worse, so at least the worst didnt happen. I've had my car broken into, and know how shitty it feels to walk to ur car and see shattered glass all over. nothing could've prevented what happend. just fix it up, and hopefully it wont happen again.

US should make it legal to have the security systems they have in south africa, the ones that shoot flames 6ft high out both sides and permenently blind the person.

well, i just got it fixed for $110...
i guess i now know the difference between aftermarket glass and factory... the aftermarket glass isn't perfectly flat like the glass from the factory, its a bit wavy... its kinda like looking at those bent mirrors in fun houses, just not as extreme...
oh well, its good enough for me... thanks for listening..

people are just jealous bastards sometimes. if someone even dings/scratches my door, they will pay. forget this "it's ok, there isn't much damage" bullsh*t. with my vic and i'm sure everyone else, we spend too much time taking care of our rides only to have some dumbfu*k not pay attention to what they are doing. enough is enough!
