Me VS a 96 F-250 well here is the story.....i was going out to street races and some f250 96 stopped out of nowhere and i tried to dodge him and swerved to my left and he ****en saw me and turned left right into me right into me. the Sheriffs arrive and i get charged for Following too close. Here is the weirdest thing. The guy ends up being mentally challenged and doesn't know how to read or write! So my question is how does he have a Drivers License? I mean i think he is a hazard to other people on the road as well. What do you guys and girls think?

Get yourself a lawyer quick. They know all of the loopholes about that $hit. I had to get a lawyer for my car accident when i got rearended back in march. They help tremendously. If your lawyer is smart he'll be able to sue the truck and you'll make money off this BS accident.
unfortunately, there are alot of real moronic drivers, and how they get a driver license is beyond me. alot of people don't have courtesy on the road, probably like their mannerism and one thing leads to another. a$$hole + car = deadly. i had just finished washing and waxing (looked shiny and nice!) my car last week, when i come to a stop light and a truck full of bros, are behind me and start playing/using their windshield wipers/fluid and tried to get it on my car and they're all laughing and thought it was fun and games. sometimes people are fu*cking a$$holes and i've noticed one the road it's been all the raised truck bro/di*kheads. they act like they own the road.

I told the cop i was going 45mph and then out of nowhere he stopped... then the retard replys with oh really i was going 50! So he said in front on the cop he was speeding. I then asked the officer if he heard that... do you know he says.... Did I hear what? I'm like he just said he was going 50 and the posted speed limit is 45! he says nope i didn't hear it.
