to wait or not to wait
i got into an accident and i damaged my rear left JIC coilover
luckly insurance is covering everything including my aftermarket stuff
insurance is gave me $600 to replace the rear left coilover, I'm paying $445 to get it
from my friend who deals with JIC
the thing is that I have to wait 6-8 weeks for it to come in since they have to ship it in with
a container with every other coilovers they get in
the 6-8 weeks is no guantee also, it might be 10 whole weeks
Ben from JIC told me i can get it in my next week if i pay for my own shipping, $120
i know i can get a intake with that money, but i hate waiting and seeing my jic box in my garage

i would love to, but once i get it, i need to redo racing alignment and corner balance which comes out to $200
i thinking of waiting so that i can get strut bars and a x-brace installed before i put on my JIC's again
the alignment guy told me that ur alignment comes off when u lossen the strut bolts, so i want to have all my bars installed before alignment
anyone know if i can get a lower price than $140 out the door for cusco rear strut bar?

PLEASE tell me you got hit really hard to cause that and they're not that flimsy. I know it sucks to be in accidents, and this is gonna sound bad, but I hope it took quite a bit to mess that up. Anyways, if $600 is what insurance is paying you and you can get it over here for less than that, then do it... its not money from your pocket.
Oh, I know of no place to get a Cusco for less than $140.

Yes, it is middle of APRIL. I'm finally get my replacement JIC coilover this week or next week.
It is sitting in customs right now.
From now on, i'll pay the extra shipping if it is from Japan.
