If he's happy with it, what does it matter? And if you would bother to read, you would see that he spend $8K for more than just the motor. He got interior, motor, and suspension out of it.

And btw, i was thining of selling my RSX seats and getting some race seats, not after driving with them in the car, they rock!

infinite012: i paid $5500 for the RSX, seats, 5 lug with rear discs, motor/trans/ecu, all the misc parts, i figure $8,000 is the total with the stuff from hasport and the new stuff i had to buy.

Rsx stock wheels arent expensive at all. You can get them used set for cheap.

The RSX wheels are all season, so i'm gonna presume i can use them through the winter, i doubt they'd put them on the car if you couldn't. I'm really thinking of not switching wheels cause i really like the way they look on the car.

To comment on the sound and feel when the i-VTEC kicks in, I have to agree that it is pretty amazing. I just have the Injen short ram w/ heat shield on mine and the sound is crazy when the i-VTEC kicks in. It's even louder than stock if you can believe that, because stock is already loud.

I plan on getting honda center caps for the RSX wheels, looks kinda odd with Acura badges.

its a daily driver, and really fun one at that. i am hooked on I-VTEC its insane.

well just for the record. my ride's a daily driver too. once i purchase my new EX/Si rims from Honda, I can bet you that they wont be seeing snow and salt. I am sure you're not this ****, but you know what I'm sayin'.

I put the battery in the boot cause theres really no place to put it up front, theres not alot of realestate up there anymore. My ideling rpm is about 800-900rpm and its very smooth, the motor runs perfect.
