Kamanari vs WingWest?

I was reading that WWG5 front lip spoiler and side skirts need to file before.Hows difficult that task, because I dont want to go to body shop and spend $$$ for installation?
And does the front airdam (full replacment front bumper) from kamanari go together with lower grille/mesh? Do you need to file anything in kamanari?
