Powder coating my Rims??
What Color should I powder coat my rims?
I was thinking White....or a brighter silver.
And I did think of chroming them but I live in a state that doesn't see that much sun, only rain and lots of it. So, I don't want to spend most of my time keeping my rims looking nice.
I need opinions.

i like them the way you have them.........they flow with your car. I say leave them as is. Please SAY NO TO RICE, SAY NO TO WHITE RIMS ON A BLUE CAR lol
NO RICER HERE.... and for the white rims. I'll take your advice.
And for powder coating........I'm thinking my spare rim. I have a spare of the same style as the one I have on. The spare is alittle damaged and powder coating it should hide all the scratches and dings.
Thanks for the advice...
if you're gonna do anything do them a darker silver or grey, and get a carbon hood...that would look nice on blue IMO.
one of my rims is scratched a little. Do they sand it down before powder coating them? Id like to get mine fixed up to cover the scratch.
Anyone know?

They're grit blasted and acid cleaned before they do them.
You're going to need to remove all the fake rivets before you coat them, or they'll get blasted and coated with the rest of the rim.

If they blast it it'll take out most of the sharp edges from the rash. If you really tore into them, then forget it. There's nothing you can do to touch that up unless you get them welded up (or I guess you can bondo them, but the powdercoat wont stick) If all the rash can't be blasted and electropolished out (thats the acid dip) then get the coating applied thick... that probably will make it as concealed as possible.
acidbaby I know that Wheels of America powdercoats them, but I'm not sure how much, my friend told me they charge 100 per wheel but I think that's a little too much...you can go ask them, they might've changed the price. I bent my lip on one of my rims so I will prolly head there soon and ask them how much to fix it too.
